Do You Dream About Angels?

Do you dream about angels? If so, what does it mean?

I dream about angels often. Last night, I dreamed an angel was doing my morning chores! I "woke" from sleep and the angel was there, cleaning my bathroom sink! Odd dream? Perhaps...until I thought about what it meant.

Since angels are God's messengers, I believe that angels come to us in dreams to relay a message. If you take a few quiet moments, you can discern that message.

Why was an angel cleaning my bathroom? I believe it is because I have been feeling overwhelmed lately. I work from home, homeschool my daughter and do one hundred percent of the housework. I believe God used the angel to send the message "help is on the way!"

It most likely won't be physical help. There's little hope of that. But, God will send me the energy to get my daily chores done.

Raw Fish

I once dreamed I was playing ball with my dead son. In life he never walked, but in the dream he was running and kicking the ball.
When I woke I was upset and thought 'what a horrible dream...No! It was a wonderful dream... It is a horrible reality.'
Does that count?

God was sending you a message. Remember, the Bible tells us that in heaven we know no sickness or death. Your son is heaven and God is letting you know he is safe (and well).

God was trying to comfort you through that dream.

I have never seen an angel but I know that many people have described this experience as being overwhelmingly beautiful. They say that angels exist in another realm, and come to our physical realm, one of many planes of existence, in order to help us.
GlenB I am sorry to read that your son died. I have children and I find it unbearable to even imagine something bad happening to them, let alone death. Maybe your son came to to ease your grief and to show you that he is still with you in spirit. It happens in the form of a dream because that is when your mind is most accepting.
